Strategic Plan
Beginning in 2021, the Library launched a strategic planning process to to create a plan focused on the next three fiscal years. Through extensive staff, community, and partner engagement efforts, the Library established a new mission statement, vision, goals, and objectives that will guide the organization and look to the future of the Library. Our Strategic Planning process was made possible thanks to a generous grant from the Wyoming Humanities Council and NEH.
Want to know how we plan to put this in action?
With our Strategic Roadmap as a foundation, the Library has created a Strategic Action Plan to define strategies that will help us move our work forward. The identified objectives are based on known organizational needs and desires. While some objectives require new financial investments or staff support, not all of our goals for the next 3 years require this - many are extensions of work that the Library is already doing.
